I love this recipe for rolls, it's quick, and easy, it makes about 2 dozen rolls. I use a small ice cream dipper, to fill with.

Ingredients For spoon rolls

2 pkgactive dry yeast

2 cwater, warm

1/2 cbutter, melted

4 cself rising flour

1egg
-
1/4 csugar
How To Make spoon rolls

1Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand 5 min. combine with butter and flour.

2Stir in egg, and sugar, cover and refrigerate overnight.

3Fill greased muffin tins with batter 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for approx. 24 min. enjoy!!!!

4Batter will keep in frig, for upto 3 days...But it won't last that long, anyway!!
