This lovely soda bread is firm and dense. Even though it smells amazing when baking, this bread has no sugar. It will still have you drooling in no time.

3 5/8 cflour

2 cgreek yogurt

1/2 tspsea salt

1 tspbaking soda

How To Make soda bread - albanian style

1Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl add the flour, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the middle and add the yogurt. Gently combine until a dough forms.

2Put some flour on your work surface and kneed the dough. Adding extra flour if necessary. The dough is ready when it is only slightly sticky.

3Add a little oil to your baking pan and place the flatten dough ball on top; then cover the entire dough ball with olive oil.

4Place the pan on the bottom shelf of a pre heated oven. Bake the bread for 35 - 40 minutes, until golden and firm to touch.

5Place the bread on a rack to cool. When ready to serve cut into 8 wedges.
