Ingredients For sesame bites

1/4 csugar

2 Tbspcoconut milk, unsweetened

2eggs,lightly beaten

2 Tbspcoconut butter,melted

1 3/4 call purpose flour

4 tspshredded unsweetened coconut

1/4 tspbaking powder
-
pinch of salt
-
4 Tbspsesame seeds
-
corn oil for deep frying
How To Make sesame bites

1Combine the sugar, coconut milk, eggs, and coconut butter in a bowl. Combine the flour, shredded coconut,baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Knead lightly until smooth.

2Form the mixture into small balls with your hands, or with 2 tsps. Spread out the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls in them to coat.

3Half fill a wok or deep heavy bottomed skillet with oil and heat to 350-375 or until a cube of bread browns on 30 seconds. Remove with a perforated spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
