Ingredients For scones

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How To Make scones

  • 1
    Mix together flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda. Blend in butter and sugar. Stir in egg and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
