This recipe was given to me by our pastors wife many years ago and it is the quickest and best yeast rolls I have ever made.

Ingredients For sandy's quick yeast rolls

1 1/2 stickbutter

1egg, beaten
-
2 cwater, warm

4 cself rising flour

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 pkgactive dry yeast
How To Make sandy's quick yeast rolls

1Melt butter, let cool.

2Put yeast in warm water in a large plastic bowl, add beaten egg, melted butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well.

3Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

4Dough can be refrigerated and used later.
