Ingredients For roll -up reubens

1loaf of white bread dough,thawed

1 cswiss cheese, shredded

6 ozcorned beef

1 csauerkraut, drained and patted dry
How To Make roll -up reubens

1Roll out thawed bread dough to a 12 by 10 inh rectangle. Cover dough with corned beef to within 1/2 inch of edge, then spread on cheese and sauerkraut.

2Roll up jelly roll style along the long side. Place seam side down on a sprayed baking sheet.

3Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375^. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
