This makes a great luncheon treat or great as a snack with a sweet mustard sour cream dip. This will be great for St. Patrick's Day snack.

Ingredients For roll -up reubens

  • 1
    loaf of white bread dough,thawed
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz
    corned beef
  • 1 c
    sauerkraut, drained and patted dry

How To Make roll -up reubens

  • 1
    Roll out thawed bread dough to a 12 by 10 inh rectangle. Cover dough with corned beef to within 1/2 inch of edge, then spread on cheese and sauerkraut.

    Roll up jelly roll style along the long side. Place seam side down on a sprayed baking sheet.

    Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375^. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
