1 boxfrozen spinach

2 cricotta cheese

salt and pepper

garlic powder

1loaf of french bread
How To Make ricotta & spinach bread

1Defrost spinach and drain thoroughly in strainer. Push all the water out by pushing on the spinach with your hand. Set aside

2Mix ricotta with hand beater, add egg. Mix until mixture is smooth.Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir spinach into mixture. Set aside...

3Slice lenght wise loaf of french bread. Pull out the soft bread from the inside of the loaf. When half the loaf is hollow. Take the mixture and scoop inside the bread. Do not overfill the loaf. Just shy of the top of the bread.

4Put the half that is filled into preheated oven at 350. Let bake for 35 minutes. Take out from oven let sit for 5 mins. and slice into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place on platter and enjoy. Can be eaten with a salad as a meal or as an appitizer.
