My mom has been making these rolls for years! They may look like a muffin, but taste like fresh-baked yeast bread that I have a hard time resisting. Add a little butter while they're hot, and they melt in your mouth! Mmmmm good.

Ingredients For refrigerator yeast rolls

2 cwater, lukewarm

1 pkgactive dry yeast

1 1/2 stickbutter, softened

1/4 csugar

1egg, beaten

4 cself rising flour
How To Make refrigerator yeast rolls

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add, sugar, butter and beaten egg.

3Stir in four. Mix well. (The dough will be stiff and lumpy.)

4Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. or overnight.

5Fill lightly greased muffin tins half full.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
