2 cwarm water

2 pkgdry yeast

1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cvegetable shortening

6 1/2 cflour, divided
How To Make refrigerator rolls-basic recipe

1Put in mixer bowl and stir until disolved: the water, yeast, and sugar

2Add salt, eggs, and shortening and beat well with mixer.

3Add 3 1/2 cups flour and beat well. Add 3 more cups of flour and stir with a spoon.

4This must set at least overnight, but will keep for a week. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

5This makes the basic dough for dinner rolls, but can be used for cinnamon rolls, etc.
