Ingredients For pumkin bread

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 c
    pumpkin
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 2/3 c
    of water
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • t tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4
    eggs

How To Make pumkin bread

    Beat the sugar & eggs. Add Pumpkin oil and soda water blend well.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Gently add dry ingredients to liquid. Mix well. Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 and bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and then wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. This will be very moist and delicious. Enjoy!
