Ingredients For pizza crust

  • 2 Tbsp
    active dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp
    warm water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    hot water
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    bread flour

How To Make pizza crust

  • 1
    dissolve 2 tablespoons yeast in 2 Tablespoons of water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

    In a large mixing bowl mix 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup oil 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt.

    add yeast mixture, then 3 cups of flour one at a time. Knead for a few minutes until smooth. roll into a large circle.

    place on a greased pizza pan. top with pizza sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown.
