This is my mother in law's recipe and they always come out very light and fluffy!

Ingredients For patt's hot rolls

  • 2 pkg
    yeast
  • 2 c
    warm water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 6-7 c
    all purpose flour

How To Make patt's hot rolls

  • 1
    Dissolve yeast in water. Set aside. Combine oil, sugar and salt. Add to yeast.

    Slowly add flour to form soft dough. Let rise in oild bowl for about 1-1/2 hours or until doubled.

    From into rolls and place into pan with sides touching.

    Bake at 350*. (Dough may be stored in refrigerator up to one week. Let it warm up before working again.)
