We like to serve this bread with all of our italian dishes, and sometimes even others. It is a nice treat with alot of different meals. My family loves it.

Ingredients For parmesan garlic toast

  • 1
    loaf of french, or vienna bread, or texas toast (sliced in slices)
  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened (but not melted)
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese (divided)

How To Make parmesan garlic toast

  • 1
    Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread one side of each slice with the butter mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Grill on the griddle at 350 degree setting for about 2 1/2 minutes. Turn slices over and repeat. Repeat until the entire loaf is toasted. Wrap in foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
