Ingredients For parmesan croutons

  • 6 slice
    firm white bread, crust removed
  • 4 Tbsp
    salted butter
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    paprika

How To Make parmesan croutons

    Cut bread into 1/2 inch squares
  • 2
    In a large heavy frying pan, melt the butter and saute the bread cubes over medium high heat until lightly browned on all sides.

    While still warm, toss the buttered bread cubes with the cheese and paprika in a paper or plastic bag.

    Drain on paper towel and let cool.
