We used two 8.5 oz corn bread mixes and it was 8 cups when prepared.

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a skillet, add butter. Cook celery and onion with seasonings until tender.

2Once the vegetables are tender, add a can of cream of chicken soup.

3Add 1 cup of chicken broth and mix until everything is incorporated.

4Stir the soup mixture into the crumbled cornbread. Stir until mixed well. If it is too dry to your liking, add more broth.

5Spread into a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
