2 Tbspolive oil

6 ozbeer
-
1/3 cwater

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspdried basil

1/5 cold fashioned oats

1 1/2 cunbleached white flour

1 1/2 cunbleached wheat flour

1/2 tspyeast
How To Make my everyday bread

1Pour oil into a bread machine container. In a small liquid measure, pour in the beer. Fill with water up to 1 1/3 cup mark.

2Add all dry ingredients, in the order listed.

3Note: reverse ingredients if your machine requires dry first.

4Run on basic bake cycle.

5When it beeps, wait about 5 minutes before removing.

6Wrap in a towel while warm for a softer crust.

7Note: I personally prefer dough settings and then rise in loaf pan before baking in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
