Ingredients For mom's pizza crust

  • 1 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 1 c
    warm water
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c
    gold metal flour

How To Make mom's pizza crust

    Preheat oven: 425 degrees Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

    Divide dough ingredients in half on lightly greased baking sheet. Top with sauce & pizza toppings. Bake: 20-25 minutes Yield: Two 10 inch pizzas
