Ingredients For mom's pizza crust

1 pkgactive dry yeast

1 cwarm water

1 tspsugar

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 1/2 cgold metal flour
How To Make mom's pizza crust

1Preheat oven: 425 degrees Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

2Divide dough ingredients in half on lightly greased baking sheet. Top with sauce & pizza toppings. Bake: 20-25 minutes Yield: Two 10 inch pizzas
