Look no further for a very moist and delicious banana bread recipe! *I normally use the foil loaf pans but today I experimented with my AS SEEN ON TV BROWNIE PAN SET.

Ingredients For moist banana bread

2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder (fresh is best!)

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 cwhite sugar

1/2 cvegetable or canola oil

1/2 cmelted butter
-
1/2 cchopped nuts
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
2 cmashed very ripe bananas (4)

3eggs
How To Make moist banana bread

1Spray loaf pan with Pam or similar. This recipe makes two loaves if using foil pans (NOT the mini sized ones)

2Mix all dry ingredients first. Make a well in the center then pour all liquid ingredients.

3Blend together well. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan about 2/3 full. Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done (approximately 48 minutes)
