Mom said she got this recipe from her friend, Jan Rising. I have always wanted to make rolls, and with my Kitchenaid mixer, this should be a piece of cake...

2 pkgdry yeast

How To Make mixer rolls, mom's

1Scald milk, add butter, salt and 1/2 cup cold water. Add 2 cups flour with yeast and sugar mixed in. Beat 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Add 2 cups flour and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups flour gradually. Mix well. Knead lightly. Let raise double. Punch down and form rolls. Place in greased pan and let double again. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
