How To Make miniature dumplings

1Combine ingredients - adding enough of the water to form a stiff dough. On a wet cuttin board smooth out 1/2 of the dough until about 1/4" thick. Using a wet knife - cut into small pieces nd drop onto a kettle of boiling salted water. Bring the water back to a boil and boil the noodles for about 5 min. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain. Repeat with the remaining dough.

2I use these in homemade veg. beef soup. You can cut the recipe in half and cook right on top of the soup.
