    cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    cream style corn
  • 3
    jalapeno peppers, chopped and drained
  • 2 c
    cooked ground beef

How To Make mexican cornbread

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients. Pour into hot greased black skillet. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
