Ingredients For marang steamed bread

20 gall purpose flour

1 smegg
-
100 gbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbutter

20 gmarang fruit's meat

16 ozevaporated milk or water
How To Make marang steamed bread

1Mix thoroughly Marang fruit's meat to all ingredients, until done well...if it's too sticky add a 1/4 cup of water or evaporated milk.

2Put in a baking pan, garnished with a little amount of butter to prevent bread from sticking, cover with a foil and steamed in 30 minutes.

3take it out from the baking pan and slice diagonally...serve up to 5 persons.
