Absolutely incredible! I know you are probably thinking who would put zucchini in bread, but surprisingly it makes an extremely tasty snack. Must try food and made from scratch! Can't get any better than that.

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

3 tspcinnamon

3eggs

1 cvegetable oil

2 1/4 csugar

3 tspvanilla extract

2 cshredded zucchini
How To Make homemade zucchini bread

1Grease and flour 2 8x4" loaf pans. (You can also use Pam)

2Sift all the dry ingredients together in another large bowl.

3Mix the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.

4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well.

5Add the zucchini

6Bake 40-60 minutes, cool 20 minutes, remove pans, store in refrigerator.
