I was looking on the Internet for some gluten free bread recipe and I couldn't find any.Every recipe I looked at was too complicated.So I came up with this recipe.It took me 3 times to try it. But the third time it came out right.I like it and I hope you like it too.

Ingredients For gluten free white bread

2 crice flour

2 Tbspsugar

3 tspbaking powder

2 lgeggs

3/4 cmilk

1/4 ccanola oil

3/4 tspsalt
How To Make gluten free white bread

1Mix dry ingredients :rice flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.( I used organic brown rice flour but you can substitute white rice flour).

2In separate bowl mix eggs,milk,and oil.Then mix in dry ingredients.Dough is thin,but that's how it should be.

3Grease 5 by 9 inch. loaf pan.Sprinkle with corn or rice flour.Bake in preheat oven 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly brown.
