gluten-free pizza crust
(2 ratings)
Pizza is the perfect food. I will do just about anything for pizza. Or I should say, I used to do just about anything for pizza. Then bad things happened with my body and suddenly pizza is verboten. I’ve spent the last two years trying crust recipes, not liking them, playing with them, until finally I have one that works for me. I’m sharing in hopes that it might work for others as well. Here is my Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free, Yeast-Free Pizza Crust

How To Make gluten-free pizza crust
-
1Put the flax meal in a tea cup with 3 Tbsp. water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
-
2Mix the dry ingredients in a ceramic or plastic bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir well. Your mix should have the consistency of a batter, not a dough. Don’t panic! This is exactly how it should be.
-
3Spread the mix into a stoneware baking pan. (I’m assuming this would also work on a greased metal baking sheet, but I haven’t tested that. Let me know if you try it and how it works out.)
-
4Add your sauce and toppings. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Last Step: Don't forget to share! Make all your friends drool by posting a picture of your finished recipe on your favorite social network. And don't forget to tag Just A Pinch and include #justapinchrecipes so we can see it too!
