Ingredients For german cornbread

1 1/2 cself-rising corn meal

2eggs

1 lgonion, chopped fine

1/2 ccrisco oil

1 smcan cream style corn

1 smcontainer sour cream
How To Make german cornbread

1Mix all ingredients together and pour into well greased iron skillet (grease pan well with shorting). Bake in 400 oven for 40 to 45 minutes. For muffins, saute onions in oil before addng to other ingredents. Baking time will be reduced.
