I love salads and these croutons are really good on them.

Ingredients For garlic croutons

6 slicefirm white bread, crust removed

2 Tbspolive oil
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2 clovelarge garlic, split
How To Make garlic croutons

1Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes.

2In a large heavy frying pan, heat oil and butter with the garlic and when hot remove the garlic cloves.

3Saute the bread cubes over med. high heat until lightly browned on all sides.

4Drain on paper towels and let cool.
