A great crust to use for your recipe for freezer pizza dough.

Ingredients For freezer pizza dough

  • 3 - 3 3/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 pkg
    Fleischmann's rapid rise yeast
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1-1/3 c
    very warm water ( 120º to 130ºf)
  • 1/4 c
    corn oil

How To Make freezer pizza dough

  • 1
    Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute.

    Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky.

    Knead on a floured surface. I use a silicone baking mat. Add additional flour until smooth and elastic; about 4 minutes.

    Make a large ball. Slice ball into 4 sections. Use plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place wrapped dough in freezer bag.

    When needed, thaw dough in refrigerator overnight.

    Spray baking pan before adding pizza dough.

    To make pizza, pat dough with floured hands on floured silicone mat. Put dough on baking sheet. Then finish spreading the dough to your desired size. Make it to fit your desired pan of choice. Spread with pizza sauce and toppings of choice.
