Ingredients For freezer pizza dough

3 - 3 3/4 call-purpose flour

1 pkgFleischmann's rapid rise yeast

1 1/2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1-1/3 cvery warm water ( 120º to 130ºf)

1/4 ccorn oil
How To Make freezer pizza dough

1Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute.

2Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky.

3Knead on a floured surface. I use a silicone baking mat. Add additional flour until smooth and elastic; about 4 minutes.

4Make a large ball. Slice ball into 4 sections. Use plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place wrapped dough in freezer bag.

5When needed, thaw dough in refrigerator overnight.

6Spray baking pan before adding pizza dough.

7To make pizza, pat dough with floured hands on floured silicone mat. Put dough on baking sheet. Then finish spreading the dough to your desired size. Make it to fit your desired pan of choice. Spread with pizza sauce and toppings of choice.
