Ingredients For fluffy pancakes

3/4 cmilk

2 Tbspwhite vinegar (1 ounce)

1 call purpose flour

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1egg

2 Tbspoil

1/4 tspbutter flavoring

1/2 tspvanilla

How To Make fluffy pancakes

1Combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to sour.

2In a large bowl; combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Whisk the egg, oil and flavorings into the soured milk. Combine the liquids with the dry ingredients. Whisk until thouroughly mixed.

4Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. When hot, coat with cooking spray. Ladle the batter onto the skillet (about 1/4 cup fulls) and cook until bubbles appear. Flip pancakes over with a spatula until browned on the other side. Serve immediatelu.
