Ingredients For fluffy pancakes

  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar (1 ounce)
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    butter flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • cooking spray

How To Make fluffy pancakes

    Combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to sour.

    In a large bowl; combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

    Whisk the egg, oil and flavorings into the soured milk. Combine the liquids with the dry ingredients. Whisk until thouroughly mixed.

    Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. When hot, coat with cooking spray. Ladle the batter onto the skillet (about 1/4 cup fulls) and cook until bubbles appear. Flip pancakes over with a spatula until browned on the other side. Serve immediatelu.
