I used to make these rolls for the holiday dinners where I worked. I'm still getting requests for them even though I no longer work there. :)

Ingredients For easy hot rolls

2 cwarm water

2 pkgyeast

3/4 csugar
-
2 tspsalt

1/4 ccrisco
-
1egg
-
6 1/2 - 7 cflour
How To Make easy hot rolls

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, egg, salt, and Crisco. Mix well.

3Add flour until dough becomes easy to handle.

4Place in greased bowl, greased side up. Cover loosely with Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.

5About 2 - 3 hours before needed, take dough out and form into balls. Let rise until double in size, then bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
