I FOUND THIS RECIPE ON-LINE, IT COMES FROM LUCINDA SCALA-QUINN, SHE HAS A COOKBOOK OUT THAT I WANT, CALLED "MAD HUNGRY"... ANYWAY, THIS RECIPE IS AWESOME...WE ALL LOVE IT AND EVERYONE I HAVE SHARED IT WITH LOVES IT TOO

Ingredients For "dipping spice"

  • 1 Tbsp
    minced basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped rosemary...(i used ground rosemary)
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepperflakes

How To Make "dipping spice"

    PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A JAR WITH A LID...WHEN YOU GET READY TO SERVE: COMBINE 1 1/2 TSP OF SPICE BLEND TO 3 - 4 TSP OF OLIVE OIL ...AND 1/8 TSP OF LEMON JUICE ON A SMALL DISH...STIR..AND DIP BREAD PIECES INTO MIXTURE... YOU'RE REALLY GOING TO ENJOY THIS
