    WARM WATER
  • 2 pkg
    ACTIVE DRY YEAST
  • 1 box
    YELLOW or WHITE CAKE MIX
  • 6 TO 7 c
    FLOUR

How To Make dinner rolls

    IN A LARGE BOWL MIX WARM WATER AND YEAST. -ADD CAKE MIX,THEN FLOUR,MIXING UNTIL SMOOTH. -COVER WITH DISH CLOTH AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE. ABOUT 1 HOUR (IF NOT DOUBLE IN SIZE AFTER 1 HOUR THEN ADD ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO THE TIME) -PUNCH DOWN AND LET RISE ANOTHER HOUR (YOU CAN ADD 15 TO 30 MINUTES MORE IF NEEDED) THEN KNEED OUT AND ROLL OUT. -SQUEEZE OFF DOUGH AND PLACE IN GREASED PAN. - LET RISE ANOTHER HOUR OR MORE IF NEEDED .
