Ingredients For dill bread
-
1 pkgdry yeast
-
1 ccottage cheese/creamed
-
1 Tbspmelted butter
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspsoda
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1 Tbspdill seed
-
1egg/unbeated
-
1 Tbsponion powder
-
1egg/unbeated
-
2 1/2 call purpose flour
How To Make dill bread
-
1-Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water
-mix together cottage cheese and melted butter, seasonings, egg and onion powder -
2- add yeast mixture
-Gradually add flour
-Knead for 8-10 minutes -
3- let rise until double in bulk/app. 1 hr.
-knead again app. 2 min.
-pour into greased loaf pan -
4Let rise again until double in bulk
Bake 300 for 50 minutes
