If following a Keto lifestyle or simply going low carb, but craving bread, a chaffle is a great bread option. The basic chaffle is made of egg and cheese cooked in a mini waffle maker. We came up with a few enhancements to the recipe that will up your chaffle game. Chaffles can be used for sandwiches or as a base for pizza or eggs benedict. Top with berries and cream or sugar-free syrup for a sweet treat. They freeze wonderfully too. Once cool, place in a resealable bag and freeze. Take a chaffle out as needed and warm in a toaster oven.
