Ingredients For crawfish cornbread

    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    chopped jalapenos (optional)
  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails

How To Make crawfish cornbread

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Put into a greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
