1 ccorn meal mix (i prefer aunt jemima buttermilk)

1egg
-
1 ccanned cream style corn (we have small cans that are perfect)

1 csour cream
-
1/2 cchopped onion

2 Tbspoil
How To Make cornbread

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 pan or a preheated cast iron skillet.

3Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden brown.

4Also good with a can of chopped green chilies added to the mix.
