Ingredients For corn pudding

1 cancream stlye corn
-
1 canwhole kernel corn
-
1 ptsour cream (same as 2 c. or 16 oz.)

1 stickbutter
-
2eggs, well beaten

1 boxjiffy corn bread mix
How To Make corn pudding

1Melt butter in a skillet. (cast iron) (if you don't have one, melt butter , then put in a metal baking pan)

2Add corn and sour cream.

3Mix in Jiffy mix and beaten eggs.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes till golden brown.
