Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 1 can
    cream stlye corn
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 pt
    sour cream (same as 2 c. or 16 oz.)
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 box
    jiffy corn bread mix

How To Make corn pudding

  • 1
    Melt butter in a skillet. (cast iron) (if you don't have one, melt butter , then put in a metal baking pan)
  • 2
    Add corn and sour cream.
  • 3
    Mix in Jiffy mix and beaten eggs.
  • 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes till golden brown.
