I created a new recipe for a new kind of cinnamon rolls. Think of these as cinnamon rolls' chocolate sibling.

Ingredients For chocolate rolls

1 cchocolate milk

1/2 cmargarine

1 cwater

1packet active dry yeast

1 ccane sugar

1 tspsea salt

3egg whites

2 ccocoa powder

4 call purpose flour

1/2 cmargarine

1 cchopped chocolate covered peanuts

2dark chocolate bars, chopped

1 cmilk chocolate chips
- FROSTING

3 ozcream cheese, softened
-
4 Tbspchocolate syrup

1 pkginstant chocolate pudding mix

3 Tbspchocolate milk
How To Make chocolate rolls

1To make the rolls, warm the chocolate milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat. Mix in margarine and stir until melted. Add water and let cool until lukewarm.

2In a large bowl, combine milk mixture, yeast, cane sugar, sea salt, egg whites and cocoa powder; stir well to combine. Stir in the flour; beat well. Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

3Deflate dough and turn it out onto a well floured surface. Roll dough out into a rectangle and spread with margarine.

4Sprinkle with chopped chocolate covered peanuts, chopped dark chocolate bars and milk chocolate chips.

5Roll up dough and cut into 3/4 inch thick rolls. Place rolls in two lightly greased 9x13-inch baking pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

7Bake the rolls in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

8To make the frosting, combine cream cheese, chocolate syrup, chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk in a medium bowl and mix well until blended.

9Spread over the warm rolls.
