Boil a pan of water put water casserole dish

Spray Loaf pan with cooking spray. Place dough inside.

Place casserole dish on lower oven rack. Place Bread pan with bread on upper rack.

Sit in oven 2 hours or until dough has risen. Baske at 350 for 30-35 mins.
