This is the best cornbread recipe I have found yet. It's moist and doesnt crumble as much as most corn breads do.

Ingredients For buttery cornbread

2/3 cbutter

1 csugar
-
3eggs
-
1 2/3 cmilk
-
2 1/3 cflour
-
1 ccornmeal
-
4 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt
How To Make buttery cornbread

1In large bowl or kitchen aid mixer, cream butter and sugar.

2In small bowl, combine eggs and milk.

3In another bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

4Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately into cream mixture, mix well. Pour into well greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

5Add a can of creamed corn for a little more moisture and texture.
