1 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

2 tspvanilla extract

4 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make buttermilk pancakes

1In large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

2In small bowl beat eggs, then add buttermilk and vanilla.

3Pour buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

4Stir in melted butter.

5Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Flip the pancakes once the edges begin to dry and bubbles form and pop.
