Ingredients For buttermilk cornbread
- DRY INGREDIENTS

2 cyellow cornmeal
-
1 1/2 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cwhole wheat flour
-
3/4 csugar
-
2 Tbspbaking powder
-
2 tspsalt
- WET INGREDIENTS

3/4 colive oil, light
-
1 2/3 cbuttermilk
-
3eggs
How To Make buttermilk cornbread

1Preheat oven to 425°
-
2Lightly spray 13x9" baking pan with non-stick spray

3Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
-
4In a separate bowl, combine remaining 3 ingredients and beat with whisk
-
5Form a well in the dry mixture and add liquid mixture
-
6Beat with whisk until smooth
-
7Pour batter evenly in pan

8Bake at 425° for 20-25 min until knife entered in center comes out clean
