This is a recipe I came up with after visiting "The Bubble Room" In Orlando. Bubbly and rich, it's a great addition to any meal!

Ingredients For bubble bread

  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1
    x-long french bread

How To Make bubble bread

  • 1
    Slice bread in half the long way and set aside.
  • 2
    Combine all other ingredients except the paprika.
  • 3
    Spread on bread and place loaves on cookie sheet.
  • 4
    Sprinkle paprika over filling.
  • 5
    Bake bread, open-faced at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch closely and remove when filling begins to bubble and brown. Slice and serve while hot.
