1/8 tspbaking soda

1zest of lemon

4 Tbspbutter, cold

How To Make berry cream scone

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and lemon zest.

3Cut in butter with fork or fingers until mixture resembles crumbs.

4In a small bowl whisk cream and egg.

5Pour cream/egg into dry ingredients and blend until combined.

6Fold in berries.

7Spray scone pan with cooking spray.

8Spoon dough into pan.

9Bake 12 - 15 minutes.

10Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
