A grat all purpose bread and it's so simple. Try adding roasted garlic, fresh herbs, seeds, shredded cheese, dill, feta anything you like. Use a beer that you like it will carry that flavor

Ingredients For beer bread

  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 can
    (12 oz) beer

How To Make beer bread

  • 1
    Stir ingredients together to form dough. Batter will be sticky. Put in buttered loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 375º on center rack. Must use Self-Rising flour, it has baking powder and salt in it so you don´t need to add those things.
