1 1/2 Tbspactive dry yeast

1 tspsugar

1 Tbspcoconut oil (or whatever you prefer)
- MIX TOGETHER AND LET STAND ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN ADD THE FOLLOWING:

1/3 choney or sugar

1scant tablespoon salt
-
1 1/2 cwarm water or warm milk

3 cbarley flour

3 call purpose flour
How To Make barley bread

1MIX WELL AND KNEAD FOR A MINUTE OR 2, NOT TOO MUCH. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. SHAPE INTO LOAVES AND LET RISE AGAIN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE
