banana walnut cake bread w/ the crockpot
(1 rating)
This is positively one of the best bread cakes I have ever tasted..It needs no topping, other than a litle powdered sugar..mainly for show. It is moist with a great flavor. I buy bananas a dozen or two when they are on sale, and throw them in the freezer. They ripen and are soft when peeled. I also do tomatoes this way. They are great to bake or cook with them. They are not for sliceing!.....LOL Nancy...3/9/13

-
3To the above bowl beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the water and the mashed bananas. Throughly mix in the baking soda and flour.
