Ingredients For apricot almond brueschetta with melted brie

1 - 8 ozloaf baguette style french bread

3 Tbspolive oil

4garlic cloves, minced

1 tspsnipped fresh rosemary

1 - 8 ozjar apricot preserves

1/2 tspfinely grated lemon peel

8 ozbrie cheese thinly sliced

1/3 cchopped almonds, lightly toasted
How To Make apricot almond brueschetta with melted brie

1Cut bread diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Stir together olive oil, garlic, and rosemary; brush mixture over bread. Bake at 400 degrees, until bread just starts to brown. Combine preserves and lemon peel and spread on top of garlic mixture, top with slice of Brie and toasted almonds. Return to oven and bake until cheese starts to melt.
