How To Make amish sour cream corn bread

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease an 8 in. square pan.

2In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until just moistened. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
