  • 1 pkg
    carrot cake mix (18 oz)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make zucchini carrot muffins

    In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, applesauce and oil. Mix well.

    Stir in zucchini, raisins, and pecans. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
